The Cottages of Crosstown at King are located on the historic Sheppard estate, subdivided into residential lots between 1893 and 1910. Six original structures, once home to a German-American population, remain. The neighborhood was reduced in 1963 with the construction of the Crosstown Expressway.

Today, these historic cottages at 84, 86, 90, 92, and 94 Sheppard Street have been newly renovated with historical preservation and luxury in mind. Rent individual units or the entire portfolio, complete with a shared outdoor space, for your Charleston visit.
